All shipments are processed upon clearance of funds; depending on payment method chosen this can range from next day to 10 business days out.

RETURNS
Our customer's satisfaction is very important to us, that is why we only sell the highest quality bump keys and accessories.
If an item you have purchased does not meet its description, we will accept its return for exchange only.
All returns must be pre-approved by BumpMyLock.com. You have three days from the time of receipt of your item to request and exchange, after that we do not accept returns. All our shipments are sent with delivery confirmation, this confirmation date marks the beginning of the three day window to request an exchange.
Returned items must be in the condition they were originally shipped or no exchange will be made. Returns must be properly packaged to withstand the return shipment, and returned via an insured shipping method. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
